Regent Airways to begin maiden flight on November 10

Regent Airways, country's newest domestic private airline, is likely to start flying from November 10 aiming to become the most preferred local airline by offering world-class services to its passengers, Mashruf Habib, managing director of Regent Airways, said.
"By offering exceptional reliability and quality service, we want to become the most admired airline of Bangladesh that will set new heights of standards and excellence everyday,"-Mashruf said.
He also said the people of the country would be proud of getting such an airline as it would follow international standard and security.
Mashruf made these comments at a press conference in city Saturday to announce the launching of the operation of the airways.
Regent Airways will strive to make its mark in the airline industry by providing an array of services such as extensive e-ticketing network throughout the country and abroad, he said.
Efficient in ground services and extensive in flight amenities on board it will operate modern Bombardier Dash-8-Q300 aircraft in its flights, he added.
While offering its passengers truly memorable flights, Regent airways also claimed to endeavour to be regarded as the safest airline to fly with as would be evident from its safety management system approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB).
