Regional CFO for StanChart due today

Anurag Adlakha, Regional CFO, Standard Chartered Bank India and South Asia will arrive in Dhaka today (Monday) on a two-day official visit to Bangladesh. During his visit, Anurag will be reviewing Standard Chartered's business with Bangladesh Management. He will also be reviewing Finance department functions. Anurag has been with Standard Chartered Bank since July 2007 as Regional CFO after 20 years of various Senior Finance roles in HSBC India, Saudi British Bank and ABB in Saudi Arabia. In his current role, Anurag's responsibilities include financial reporting, business performance analysis, strategy support, balance sheet management and tax. The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Orion Infusion Ltd was held Sunday at Officer's Club in the city. Mohammad Obaidul Karim- Managing Director, Mr. Salman Obaidul Karim-Director, Mr. Md. Ebadul Karim- Director, Mr. Md. Rezaul Karim-Director, Mr. Golam Mohiuddin-Director and Mr. Md. Ferdous Jaman-Company Secretary were present in the meeting. In presence of a significant number of Shareholders, the Audited Accounts for the financial year 2010-2011were discussed along with many other aspects and activities of the company. The Shareholders unanimously approved the Audited Accounts in the AGM. The declaration of cash dividend @15% for the year ended June 30, 2011 had also been approved in the said AGM. - FE Report
