REHAB fair and buyers' expectations

THE annual housing fair of the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) is now on in the city. Many real estate companies are taking part in the fair with best possible offers to the potential buyers. Every year, the fair helps the realtors to boost their businesses. Many people wait for the fair to choose from options.
However, many find the fair lacks variations. The same old offers, the same old problems are what they come cross. The realtors have not been able to break the monotony of the market.
Although this year, the REHAB says prior to holding the fair that they adopted a code of conduct for its members, people still do not know what is there in the code. They do not know whether the code is designed to promote the sellers' interests or, to protect the buyers. But one would guess that the realtors would prepare a code only to promote their business interests. But it is also a fact that without protecting the buyers' interests no business can be sustainable. The two interests have to strike a balance.
So we hope that the REHAB will pay attention to the buyers needs. The fairs must come with ground breaking offers.
