REHAB fair receiving ample response from customers

The ongoing housing fair in the capital has already drawn ample attention of prospective buyers particularly from the middle-income group thanks to various discount offers on plots and apartments, organisers said Wednesday.
As a strategy to woo prospective buyers, most of the participants at the 'REHAB Fair 2009' at Dhaka Sheraton Hotel are providing discounts on their housing products. Many have also added gifts to their offer lists.
East West Property Development (Private) Ltd, a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, one of the country's largest conglomerates, is offering 10 per cent discount on both plots and apartments on the occasion of the fair.
Swadesh Properties is trying to lure prospective buyers by offering Tk 0.1 million discount on plots in its Sunvalley in Badda and Swarnali projects located in Khilkhet plus gifts. They are also offering Tk 50,000 discount for plots in their Purbachal project.
