Remittance inflow up by 22pc

Expatriate Bangladeshis sent home 22 per cent more money in the first quarter of the current fiscal  compared to the same period last year. In September, Bangladesh received $1.32 billion in remittance, Bangladesh Bank's Forex Reserve and Treasury Management Division's General Manager Kazi Saidur Rahman said on Thursday, according to a news agency.
