Renata holds 45th AGM

Renata Limited held its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Corporate Headquarters Premises at Mirpur in the city, said a statement.
Dr. Sarwar Ali, Chairman of the Board presided over the meeting which was also attended by notables including Renata's CEO and Managing Director Kaiser Kabir, as well as Directors Zahida Fizza Kabir, Sajeda Farisa Kabir, A. Hasanat Khan, Kazi Sanaul Hoq, Manzoor Hasan,Tanya Tazeen Karim, Company Secretary Md. Jubayer Alam, senior executives and shareholders.
In 2017-18, Renata's turnover and net profit grew by 16 per cent and 22 per cent respectively. The end-of-year earning per share (EPS) stood at Taka 45.65.
Renata declared 95 per cent cash dividend and 15 per cent stock dividend (bonus share) for the year 2017-18 which was approved at the 45th Annual General Meeting.
