RENATA LIMITED HOLDS 50TH AGM

Renata Limited held its 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on a digital platform recently. Dr Sarwar Ali, Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting attended by Renata's CEO and Managing Director Kaiser Kabir, as well as Directors Zahida Fizza Kabir, Sajeda Farisa Kabir, Mridul Chowdhury, Tanya Tazeen Karim, Nehal Ahmed, Ejaj Ahmad, and Company Secretary Md Jubayer Alam. At the meeting, the shareholders approved 62.5 per cent cash dividend for fiscal year 2022-23.
