The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Republic Insurance Company Ltd was recently held using digital platform in presence of Directors, Shareholders of Republic Insurance Company Limited. The Company declared 15pc (10pc cash and 5pc stock) dividend for the year 2021.
Republic Insurance Company Limited has approved 15pc (10pc cash and 5pc stock) dividend for its Shareholders for the year ended 2021 at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company recently held virtually using digital platform.
Mr. Mohd. Hanif Chowdhury, Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting.
