Rescue Siddique unhurt: Raushon

Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Raushon Ershad on Thursday demanded of the government to immediately rescue abducted Abu Bakar Siddique alias Siddiqur Rahman Litu, the husband of Bangladesh Environmental Lawyers’ Association (Bela) chief Syeda Rizwana Hasan, unhurt. In a statement, Raushon voiced deep concern over the abduction of Siddique and called upon the government to use all the administrative strength to rescue Siddique. She also demanded of the government to ensure exemplary punishment of those involved in the incident, according to a news agency.
