Resolving problems to accelerate justice underscored

GAIBANDHA, June 24 (BSS): Speakers at a function underscored the need for resolving the problems to accelerate the justice related activities considering the interest of the justice aspirants.
"All the concerned will have to come forward and emphasis should be given to reduce the jam of cases and to dispose the old cases on priority basis to mitigate the sufferings of the people", they said. They came up with the comments while addressing a judicial division conference 2014-2015 at the hall room of district judge court recently with district and sessions judge Rasheda Sultana in the chair.
The conference was also addressed, among others, by additional district and sessions judge Amlan Kusum Zisnu, senior judicial magistrate ASM Taskinul Haque, senior assistant judges Rawshan Alam, and Abu Based M. Bulu Miah, judicial magistrate M. Wahiduzzaman, government pleader Hafizur Rahman Faruque and public prosecutor Shafiqul Islam.
The conference was discussed elaborately about different problems including judge crises against the cases, not having witness shed, shortage of chamber and ejlas of the judges and then pragmatic measures were adopted to resolve it as early as possible at public interest. District and sessions judge Rasheda Sultana in her speech underscored the need for performing the justice related activities sincerely and playing fair role anyhow to ensure fair justice for the justice seekers.
