Revised road-map on Basel-3 very soon

Bangladesh Bank will disclose the revised road-map on implementation of Basel-3 very soon to ensure capital adequacy of the banks. Bangladesh Bank Governor Atiur Rahman said this in a Bankers Meeting today (Monday). He said the implementation period of Basel-3 will be between early 2015 to December 2019. Dr Atiur sought the cooperation of the bankers in the meeting held after a gap of about five months, according to a statement issued by BB.
