RFL approves 22pc cash dividend

Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL) has approved 22 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2014. The approval came at the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company held at Trust Milonayaton of Dhaka Cantonment Thursday. Lt Col Mahtabuddin Ahmed (Retd), Chairman, Rathendra Nath Paul, Executive Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Chief Financial Officer, M. A. Mannan, Independent Director, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director Marketing, Muhammad Aminur Rahman, Company Secretary and shareholders of the Company attended the AGM, according to a statement.
