Rimi sworn in as MP

Newly-elected Member of Parliament (MP) of Gazipur-4 constituency Simeen Hussain Rimi, who won the by-election held recently, took oath of office Sunday, reports UNB.
Speaker Mohammad Abdul Hamid Advocate administer the oath at his office in the city.
Deputy Leader of Parliament Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury, Standing Committee on Industry Ministry Affairs president Tofail Ahmed, Whip Nur-e-Alam Chowdhury, Whip Sagufta Yeasmin and Zohra Tajuddin, Awami League Presidium member and mother of Rimi, were present at the oath taking ceremony.
