Rizvi denied bail in 3 cases

A Dhaka court rejected on Thursday three separate bail pleas submitted by BNP joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed, reports BSS.
Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Kamrul Hossain Mollah passed the order as Rizvi's counsel advocate Joynul Abedin Mejbah filed the three pleas.
The defence sought bail of the BNP leader in three cases filed with Mohammadpur and Mirpur thanas.
Earlier, on January 30, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested him from the city's Baridhara.
