Rizvi, Minu get HC bail

The High Court granted interim bail to BNP joint secretaries general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi and Mizanur Rahman Minu and a Jamaat leader in separate case Monday.
Two HC benches granted Rizvi bail for six months in four cases filed in connection with violence during hartal and blockade.
The HC benches -– one comprising of Justice Borhanuddin and Justice KM Kamrul Kader and the other of Naima Haider and Zafar Ahmed –- passed the orders following separate bail petitions.
Following the HC bail, there is no legal bar to the release of Rizvi as he is not accused in any other case, said his lawyers, according to a news agency.
