RMPs urged to take medicare services to rural people

RANGPUR, Dec 20 (BSS): Speakers at an installation ceremony called upon Saturday the Rural Medical Practitioners (RMPs), commonly known as 'Polli Chikitsok', for reaching primary medicare services to rural people at their doorsteps.
They were addressing the installation ceremony of the newly elected biennial executive committee of Rangpur district unit of Bangladesh Rural Practitioners' Association (BRPA) at Apollo Diagnostic and Imaging Centre in the city.
Presided over by Organising Secretary of the central BRPA committee and its Rangpur district unit President Dr Akkas Ali Sarker, Managing Director of Apollo Diagnostic and Imaging Centre Jahangir Alam attended the occasion as the chief guest.
