Robbers kill one, injure 3 in Pirojpur

PIROJPUR, Sept 19 (UNB): Robbers killed a youth and injured three siblings while committing robbery at Ikribazar in Bhandaria Upazila early Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Alamgir (18), son of Abdul Hye, chairman of local Union Parishad.
Witnesses said a gang of robbers, numbering 10 to 12, stormed into the house of Anwar Hossain, son-in-law of the chairman at about 3:00 am and looted valuables.
Later, the bandits swooped on the house of Asmat Ali Bepari of the area and robbed valuables from there.
