Robbers loot cash, valuables from two houses

PABNA, July 5 (UNB): Armed bandits looted cash and valuables from two houses injuring three people at Chakrapa village under Chatmohor Upazila Wednesday.
Police said the bandits, numbering from 8 to 10 stormed into the house of Abul Hossain at about 1:30 am and looted cash, gold ornaments and other valuables worth Tk 50,000 at gunpoint.
Later, the robbers raided the adjacent house of Mamataz Pramanic of the village and shot and injured his daughter Sufia.
At one stage the bandits also shot and injured Hashem Sardar and Hasibur Rahaman of the village when they chased them.
