Round-table on health care in Jhenidah held

A Correspondent JHENIDAH, Dec 22: A round-table conference was held on Wednesday in the conference room of deputy commissioner, Jhenidah, organised by Dhaka Ahsania Mission under Access Health and Empowerment Project regarding how to give modern health care to the union health and family welfare centre and community clinic in the district. Coordinator of Dhaka Ahsania Mission Md. Selimuddin presided are the programme, while additional district commissioner (General) Sheikh Rafiqul Islam of Jhenidah attended as chief guest, UNO of Jhenidah Kala Chand Shingho, acting civil surgeon Dr. Ratan Kumar Pal, Dr. Rasheda Sultana, Aminur Rahaman Tuku, principal Amena Khatun Degree College, NGO officials, health and family and community clinics employees, journalists and Dhaka Ahsania Mission representatives attended the conference. Area coordinator of Dhaka Ahsania Mission, Jhenidah unit Md. Rabiul Islam read out the keynote paper and delivered welcome speech explaining the aims and objectives of conference.
