RU 1st yr Hons classes to start on Feb 3

RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY, Jan 20: The classes of first year Honours courses under the academic sessions 2014-15 at the Rajshahi University (RU) will begin from February 3 instead of January 22, due to the current political unrest over the country.
RU registrar Prof. Dr Entajul Haque confirmed the news on Monday evening.
Prof Haque also said the admission process of some of the departments, which had not been finished yet would be completed within January 27.
The decision was taken at a meeting of RU VC Prof Dr Mizan Uddin with the Deans of the faculties, in the early hours of the day.
