RU APEE dept anniversary held

RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY, Dec 31: Prof M Abdus Sobahan, vice chancellor of the Rajshahi University (RU) said that Applied Physics and Electronics Engineering (APEE) department of the university has been playing a significant role in electronics and engineering at home and abroad since its journey.
He also said this department provided many scholars and scientists who made name and fame in both national and international level over last 45 years.
The VC underscored these at the inaugural session of a two-day long reunion programme to mark the 46th anniversary of RU Applied Physics and Electronics Engineering (APEE) department yesterday at the university Qazi Nazrul Islam auditorium.
'Badhon' distributes warm clothes
Badhon, a blood donation volunteering organization of RU unit distributed warm clothes to the poor in N-region including Gaibandha and Nilphamari districts from last Sunday to Thursday.
