RU applied math dept celebrates 12th founding anniv

RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY, Sept 12: The teachers, students and officials of Applied Mathematics Department, Rajshahi University (RU), observed its 12th founding anniversary with much enthusiasm and fanfare at the campus Saturday.
Earlier Saturday at 9.30am RU vice chancellor Prof. Muhammed Mizan Uddin inaugurated the programme releasing balloons and pigeons in front of fourth science building. The former and present teachers-students of the dept brought out a colourful rally from the department premises.
After the rally they gathered in a discussion meeting at the university Kazi Nazrul Islam auditorium.
