RU examinees suffering from power outage

RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY, Apr 8: The residential students of Shaheed Sohrawardi and Shaheed Habibur Rahman hall, at Rajshahi University (RU) have been living without electricity since Saturday evening after a fierce nor'wester that wrecked power supply lines in the university area.
The agitated residential students of those halls staged demonstration yesterday (Tuesday) at 7.30pm at their hall premises demanding quick resumption of electricity. Amirul Islam a residence of Habibur Rahman hall said "we have been suffering from last three nights in a powerless situation. Our exam preparations are affected due to power shortage.
