RU launches institutional e-mail service for students

RAJSHAHI, Nov 01: The authorities of Rajshahi University (RU) launched an institutional e-mail service for students.
Vice-chancellor of the university Prof M Abdus Subhan inaugurated the service around 11.00 am on Sunday at Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Senate building on the campus.
Prof Dr Babul Islam, Director of the university ICT centre, said, "We are providing students' institutional email addresses through Google's G-Suite for Education. Apart from using official mails, students will be able to use Google drive, Google classroom, Google meet, and many other G-Suite services though these e-mail addresses."
Pro-vice-chancellor of the university Prof Dr Ananda Kumar Saha, Registrar-in-charge Prof MA Bari, Proctor Prof Lutfar Rahman, Public Relations Office Administrator Prof Azizur Rahman were present, among others, at the inauguration programme.
