RU teachers skip classes for free Hasina campaign

RAJSHAHI, July 26 (bdnews24.com): As many as 200 teachers at Rajshahi University (RU) skipped classes en bloc Thursday demanding freedom of detained Awami League (AL) President Sheikh Hasina.
The teachers applied for leave to the chairmen of the departments Wednesday to go on leave Thursday.
The scheduled examinations, however, were held although most students stayed off the campus.
