A medical test conducted on actress Naznin Akter Happy has revealed that she did not sleep with any man under duress. The medical test was conducted on Happy at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) on December 14, a day after she filed a case at Mirpur Police Station accusing cricketer Rubel Hossain of cheating on her. The DMCH on Tuesday sent the medical test report to the Mirpur Police Station who received it on Wednesday. The medical test report was made public yesterday evening. The report says that Happy was forced by no man to go to bed with him. In her complaint, Happy, however, did not accuse Rubel of forcing her into the act. She claimed the national cricketer had promised to marry her and the two made love with each other. When contacted, Mirpur police claimed that according to the report the doctors did not find any evidence that would suggest the victim recently had been forced to have sex. Twenty-one-year old Happy claimed that she shared an intimate relationship with Rubel for nine months after they got in touch through Facebook. She alleged Rubel got involved with another girl while talks about their marriage were on. She lodged the complaint against him when he started avoiding her. Happy, studying BBA at a private university, acted in a recent Bangla film and more films starring her are in the pipeline, accrding to a news agency.
