RUET campus comes under security coverage

RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY, Dec 24: With a view to ensuring a 24 hour tightened security to protect the students from the muggers the Rajshahi University of Engineers and Technology (RUET) authority covered the entire campus.
A special security force has been employed to keep the campus safe. Besides, flood lights have been placed at several spots of the university.
RUET Vice Chancellor Prof. Rafiqul Alam Beg urged the students to use the main entrance to enter the university after evening. As the boundary walls of the campus are not high enough, the snatchers frequently get into the campus and create anarchy.
