Md Ruhul Amin, general manager (chief engineer), Projects, has been promoted to the post of director (Planning and Document) of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. (PGCB), says a press release.brHe served the East Pakistan WAPDA, BPDB and PGCB for about 40 years in different capacities and was associated with the implementation of almost 80 per cent of the 230 KV and 132 KV grid system in the country.
