Chairman of Rupali Bank PLC Kazi Sanaul Haque congratulated Md Abdur Rahman Khan with a bouquet on his appointment as the secretary of the Financial Institutions Division (FID), Ministry of Finance, on Tuesday. Parsuma Alam, Managing Director and CEO (additional charge) of the bank, was also present.
