Rupali Ins AGM approves 10pc dividend

The 33rd annual general meeting (AGM) of Rupali Insurance Company Limited was held virtually on Tuesday, says a statement.
Mostafa Golam Quddus, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting at the Imperial Convention Centre in the city.
A large number of shareholders joined the meeting. They unanimously approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2020 as recommended by the Board of Directors.
Directors Quazi Moniruzzaman, Hena, Mostafa Quamrus Sobhan, Shaon Ahmed and Sheikh Mohammed Danial along with Chief Executive Officer PK Roy, FCA, Additional Managing Director Fauzia Quamrun Tania and other senior executives were present at the meeting.
