Rupali Life Ins MF declares 8pc dividend

The Trustee of Rupali Life Insurance First Mutual Fund, a converted open-end fund, declared 8 per cent cash dividend for the period ended 30 June 2015 in the trustee meeting held on 14 August  2015. The unit holders, whose names appear in the register of the fund on 30 June 2015 will be entitled to dividend in cash or unit (CIP @ Tk 10.00 per unit) as per their request during registration. Rupali Life Insurance First Mutual Fund is a converted open-end Fund which was formed on 31 March 2015 after obtaining permission from Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission. Rupali Life Insurance Company Limited is the Sponsor of the Fund, while Bangladesh General Insurance Company Limited is the Trustee and Prime Finance Asset Management Company Limited (PAMC) is the Asset Management Company (AMC).
