RUPCDF workshop on debate held

RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY, May 5: The Rajshahi University Press Club Debating forum (RUPCDF) organised a day-long workshop on debate yesterday at the club premises.
In order to improve the critical thinking skills of the journalists, RUPCDF arranged the workshop.
Saifullah Saif, president of Press Club and adviser of the Debating Forum, inaugurated the workshop programme at 10:30 am at the club.
Nafiul Hoque Jisan, chief executive member of university Business Faculty Debating Forum (BFDF), Abdus Samad Rana, senior executive member and national debater, and executive member Shahadat Hossain were present as trainers at the workshop.
The trainers spoke on the rules and regulations of Turncoat, Mace and Parliamentary forms of debate.
