Rural medical practitioners serving suffering humanity

RANGPUR, Jan 25 (BSS): Speakers at a conference here have said the Rural Medical Practitioners (RMPs) have been serving the suffering humanity by reaching primary health and medicare services to the rural people.
They were addressing concluding session of the day-long conference of Kawnia upazila unit of Bangladesh Rural Practitioners' Association (BRPA) at Kawnia upazila parishad auditorium on Saturday.
Kawnia Upazila Nirbahi Officer Syed Farhad Hossain attended the conference as the chief guest with newly elected President of Kawnia upazila unit of BRPA Dr Abed Ali in the chair.
Organising Secretary of the central committee of BRPA and its district unit President Dr Akkas Ali, its district unit Organising Secretary Dr Shawkat Hossain, Regional Manager of Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited Aminul Islam and its Senior Assistant Manager Moynul Hassan Munna attended the seminar as the special guests.
General Secretary of Kawnia upazila unit of BRPA Dr Ataur Rahman, President of its Haragachh pourashava unit Dr SM Yusuf Ali, its General Secretary Dr Nur Alam Sohag, Dr Nur Alam Sohag, Dr Ruhul Amin Ranju, Dr Habibur Rahman Mandal, Dr Krishna Milan Roy, Dr Yunus Islam, Dr Abdul Barek and Dr Wares Ali addressed.
Delegates and members of Kawnia upazila unit of BRPA from all over the upazila took part in the conference that ended in the evening.
The BRPA leaders discussed organisation issues in the conference that took important decisions for rendering health and medicare services to the rural people at their doorsteps to make the government's health services programme successful.
They highly lauded the role of the RMPs in reaching health and medicare services to the common people for serving the suffering humanity in rural areas as per commitment of making the government's health service programme successful.
