Russia ready to expand export of fertilisers, says Putin

MOSCOW, Nov 23 (TASS) : Moscow is ready to expand exports of fertilisers and to work with absolutely all partners in this area, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with Head of the RSPP (Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs) Commission on Mineral Fertilizers Production and Trading Dmitry Mazepin on Wednesday.
"We are ready to expand this work with all partners without exceptions," he said when speaking about exports of fertilisers.
"The situation on the global markets of fertilisers is well known even by nonexperts," Putin noted.
"Uralchem group of companies is one of the world's largest producers of both nitrogen and potash fertilisers, and ammonia. I know that work is underway despite the artificial obstacles being created by certain countries," the Russian president told Mazepin. "Only global markets are affected" by such actions, Putin stressed.
