Russian company keen to expand footprint in BD

A Russian firm is interested to export more than a dozen varieties of juice and beverage items to Bangladesh aiming to expand its footprint in the developing country's market.
The company named Sunfruit LLC, in a letter, has requested the commerce ministry to take necessary steps in this regard.
The Sunfruit specialises in production of juices, nectars and drinks under the brands Dario Wellness Neo, Krasavchik, Fruit Island and Rules of Taste.
In the letter, the company mentioned that it wants to increase the geography of sales covers of the entire territory of Russia, as well as the countries near and far abroad.
In addition, it has shown interest to develop its own brands alongside providing bottling services for juices, nectars and drinks under private labels.
The company claimed, "We are expanding the geography of our suppliers. We are interested in developing cooperation with manufacturers of concentrated juices and purees and direct supplies from manufacturers."
It would like to establish contacts with producers of concentrates in Bangladesh and it is also interested in export of the goods are concentrated like peach, mango puree, banana puree, multi-fruit juice, white grape juice, apple juice, apple puree, tomato paste, cherry juice concentrate (frozen) cherry juice concentrate (frozen), concentrated orange juice (frozen), orange cage (frozen) and concentrated red berry juice blend (frozen).
Contacted, an official of the commerce ministry said "We have just received a proposal letter from a Russian company. But we have not worked yet in this regard.
