Rwanda expels 6 SA diplomats

Rwanda's Foreign Minister says the government has expelled six South African (SA) diplomats. She said on Twitter that the expulsions were in "reciprocity and concern at SA harbouring of dissidents responsible for terrorist attacks in Rwanda." A spokesman for South Africa's Department of International Relations and Cooperation, Clayson Monyela, declined Saturday to discuss the expulsions, according to a news agency.
