Nightwatchman Christian Schoemen scored a double hundred as visiting South African National Cricket Academy team took command over GP BCB national cricket Academy team on the 2nd day of the 1st four-dayer at the Khan Saheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah, Narayanganj Sunday, reports UNB. Resuming the 2nd day with overnight 401 for 5, the visitors , in their 1st innings, finally amassed a huge total of 581 for all in 141.3. Two down Christian Schoemen scored 212 runs off 228 balls with 30 fours and a six while number six batsman Patrick Botha made 93 runs off 117 balls with 13 fours and two sixes. Beside, Romano Terblanche made 95 runs off 149 balls with 16 fours. Shubashish Roy and Shaker Ahmed grabbed three wickets conceding 100 and 165 runs respectively while Shuvagoto Hom captured two for 58.
