Sahidur joins BWDB

Md. Sahidur Rahman joined Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB) as a director general recently. Earlier he was director general of Water Resources Planning Organisation (WARPO), additional director general (Eastern Region) and additional director general (Planning), BWDB, according to a press release.
He obtained his Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from BUET and Post Graduate Diploma from Netherlands. He attended several higher training, workshops, seminars at home and abroad. He started his carrier as an Assistant Engineer in Bangladesh Water Development Board in 1977.
