Saif maintains solo lead in chess rating

Abdullah Al-Saif of Narayanganj Pritam-Prism Chess Club still maintained his solo lead in the points table of the 1st Golden Chess Club International Rating Chess Tournament (Below 2200) with 6.5 points after the 7th round games now being held at the Bangladesh Chess Federation hall room in the city, reports BSS.
FM Mohammad Fahad Rahman of Gopalganj Chess Club, M Sharif Hossain of Fire-Service and Mohammad Ibrahim Hossain of Sreejan Chess  are closely following the leader with 6 points each.
Shafiq Ahmed of Golden Chess and Mohammad Sherajul Kabir of Farashganj SC jointly placed the 3rd position with 5.5 points.
