Saif Powertec donates Tk 0.5 million to Army Relief Fund

Saif Powertec Limited Thursday donated Tk 0.5 million to the Bangladesh Army Relief Fund to help the hurricane-affected people. The donation fund was generated from one day's salary of the officials and employees of Saif Powertec Limited.
Managing Director of Saif Powertec Limited M. T. Md. R. Amin handed over the donation to Chittagong Divisional Joint Forces Commander Brigadier General Hasan Nasir in the port city.
Saif Powertec Ltd is the first private sector company in the country to operate Chittagong Container Terminal. The company has brought dynamism in Chittagong port by drastically cutting down ship turnaround time and introducing international method for yard management. Saif Powertec is also engaged in manufacturing and maintenance of heavy-medium machinery ranging from power plant equipment and generators to fertilizer broiler and port handling equipment.
