Sajeda acting chief of AL

Awami League (AL) Presidium Member and Deputy Leader of the Parliament Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury MP will be acting as president of the ruling party in the absence of AL chief and Prime Minister (PM) Sheikh Hasina who has gone to Copenhagen to attend the climate summit, reports UNB.
Sheikh Hasina left Dhaka for Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, Monday night on a five-day visit to attend the ongoing United Nations Climate Change Conference.
The PM will return home on December 21.
