Samata Leather incurs Tk 15.969m loss in last FY

The 18th annual general meeting (AGM) of Samata Leather Complex Ltd. was held on the factory premises at Hazaribagh in the city recently.
Chairman of the company Md Munsur Ahmed presided over the meeting.
Managing Director Md Habibur Rahman, directors Md Shajahan, Golam Mostafa, Ayub Khan (director-cum-company secretary) were present, among others, on the occasion.
The company incurred a loss of Tk 15.969 million during the year 2007-2008.
Shareholders advised the management for ascertaining the way to improve the financial health of the company.
