Samsung opens two Smartphone cafes at Khilgaon,Bogra

Multinational conglomerate Samsung has opened two kiosks after 'Samsung Samrtphone Cafe' at Khilgaon and Bogra recently to give the customers opportunity of choosing a complete portfolio of its products. Managing Director of Samsung Electronics Bangladesh C. S. Moon inaugurated the Cafes at a simple ceremony, said a release Saturday. Dedicated Samsung Product Consultants (SPCs) will be on hand to help valued users experience all the latest innovations of Samsung mobiles and digital camera, provide necessary information and pick the best ones that meet their personal requirements. The premium experience of 'touch and feel' will not only educate users on all the benefits that the tech-leader keeps bringing, but also will extend freedom to make informed decisions in their buying process. The release added that through the establishment of the Smartphone Cafe, Samsung wants to maintain a one-to-one relationship with customers, record feedback and find valuable user insights to deliver even better products and services in the days to come. Alhajj Momtaj Uddin, President of Bogra Chamber of Commerce, Sheikh Abdullah Akbar, GM of Transcom Mobiles, Mr. Mohseen Vastani, COO of Deens Mobiles and other officials from Samsung Electronics Bangladesh Branch Office and its distribution partners Transcom Mobile Limited (TML) were present at the inauguration at Bogra held Saturday.
