Sanaullah elected IFCS president

Mohammad Sanaullah has been unanimously elected president of the governing body of the International Federation of Company Secretaries (IFCS) at its fourth meeting held at Whitesands Hotel at Mombassa, Kenya recently.
Council members of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICSPK), Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan (ICSP), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Managers of Bangladesh (ICSMB), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Sri Lanka, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Zambia and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of South Africa attended the meeting.
Sanaullah, company secretary and general manager (Corporate Affairs) of Singer Bangladesh Limited, was the vice-president of the IFCS.
He is a fellow and founder-member of the ICSMB.
The newly-elected IFCS president has developed and contributed significantly to various professional development programmes and workshops organised by the ICSMB and various forums including Dhaka and Chittagong stock exchanges.
