Sandhani Life Ins approves 20pc bonus share

The 17th annual general meeting (AGM) of Sandhani Life Insurance Company Ltd was held in the city's LGED auditorium recently, said a press release.
Declaration of 20 per cent bonus share for the year 2006 was approved in the meeting.
Company Chairman AF Ghulam Rabbi presided over the meeting. A good number of shareholders expressed satisfaction over the remarkable progress achieved by the company.
Among others, members of the board of directors of the company, Managing Director Ahasanul Islam, Deputy Managing Director AKM Elias Hussain, and Company Secretary Mazharul Hosain were also present in the meeting.
