Sandhani Life Ins approves 25pc stock dividend

The 18th annual general meeting (AGM) of Sandhani Life Insurance Company Limited has approved 25 per cent stock dividend (bonus share) for the year that ended on December 31, '07.
The AGM was held in the city recently. Chairman of the company AF Ghulam Rabbi presided over the meeting, said a press release.
A large number of shareholders attended the AGM. The shareholders expressed their satisfaction over the progress of the company.
Among others, Managing Director Ahasanul Islam, Additional Managing Director AKM Elias Hussain, Company Secretary Mazharul Hosain and CFO Nemai Kumar Saha were present at the AGM.
