Saraswati's idol damaged

Unidentified miscreants damaged the idol of 'goddess Saraswati', the goddess of knowledge, at Sheikh Hasina Academy under Sadar Upazila in Pirojpur Wednesday.
Academy President Ruhul Amin Nobin told the news agency that a group of miscreants entered the Puja Mandop inside the academy at the early hours and vandalised the mandop erected on the occasion of the puja, reports UNB.
