Sarwar elected Vice-chairman of Global Ins

The board of directors of Global Insurance Limited has unanimously elected SM Sarwar Alam vice-chairman of the company at its recent board meeting in the city, said a press release.
Mr Alam obtained his MA degree in Economics.
He is a renowned businessman and industrialist of the country.
Mr Alam is the director of Sydeny Fashions Ltd, Ehsan Sweaters Ltd, Ehsan Fashions Ltd, Hot Dress Ltd and proprietor of S S Enterprise.
He is associated with a number of socio-cultural organisations.
