Sarwar Hossain new chairman of Simtex Industries

Md. Akram Hossain has resigned as Independent Director of Simtex Industries Limited,says a press release.
Major General (retd) Md. Sarwar Hossain has been appointed as the new Independent Director of the company with effect from August 17.
The Board of Directors of Simtex Industries Limited has also elected Major General (retd) Md Sarwar Hossain new Chairman of the company in place of Lt. Col. Md Anisur Rahman (Retd.) with effect from August 17.
