Sayedur Rahman made BSMMU VC

Dr Md Sayedur Rahman has been appointed vice-chancellor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), reports bdneww24.com.
He is a professor and the chairman of BSMMU's Pharmacology department.
The health ministry issued a notification on Tuesday, announcing that he will perform the duties of the vice chancellor for four years.
Sayedur had previously served as the director and registrar of the ICT Cell of BSMMU.
He taught at Sir Salimullah Medical College before joining Bangabandhu Medical College.
